1. Acceptance of These Terms
By registering for an account, accessing, or otherwise using Honor Hearts ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must not use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Honor Hearts. They apply whether you access the Service as a free member, a paid subscriber, a verified service member, a veteran, or a civilian admirer of military men. Continued use of the Service after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be 18 or older to use Honor Hearts
Honor Hearts is an adult dating platform restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be terminated immediately, and any payments will be voided in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Honor Hearts is operated from and primarily intended for residents of the United States. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction, and not barred from receiving the Service under U.S. law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction.
We welcome active duty service members across all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, military veterans and retirees, military spouses (where unmarried or legally separated as permitted by state law), and civilian women who genuinely seek serious relationships with military men. Membership is open to American citizens and lawful residents.
3. Account Registration and Member Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile updated. Misrepresenting your age, identity, marital status, or military service is grounds for immediate termination.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact channels listed on our Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual may maintain only one active Honor Hearts account. Duplicate, abandoned, or shared accounts will be merged or terminated at our discretion.
3.4 Military Status Representation
If you claim active duty, veteran, officer, or military pilot status, you must be able to substantiate that claim through our verification process. Falsely representing military service is a serious violation of these Terms and, in many states, a separate criminal offense under stolen valor statutes.
4. Code of Conduct on Our Platform
Honor Hearts exists because honor, loyalty, and commitment still matter. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or termination without refund:
- No harassment or abuse. Threats, intimidation, hate speech, or repeated unwanted contact toward any member will not be tolerated.
- No solicitation. Commercial solicitation, escort services, sugar-dating arrangements, and the sale of any goods or services are prohibited.
- No romance scams. Soliciting money, gifts, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or wire transfers from other members under any pretext is grounds for immediate, permanent ban and may be reported to federal law enforcement.
- No off-platform payment requests. Requests for funds related to "emergency travel," "deployment costs," "customs fees," or similar are classic indicators of fraud and are forbidden.
- Respect for service members. Disparaging the U.S. Armed Forces, individual branches, or members' service records is grounds for removal from this patriotic dating site.
- No explicit or unsolicited sexual content. Nudity, sexually explicit images, and unsolicited intimate messages are not permitted.
- No OPSEC violations. Do not share or request operational details such as unit locations, deployment dates, base security information, or movement schedules.
Per RomanceScams.org, military-themed romance scams remain among the most common fraud schemes on dating platforms. If a contact asks for money, claims to be a deployed officer needing financial help, or pushes communication off-platform within days, treat it as a scam and report it. Review our Safety Tips for the full warning-sign checklist.
5. Prohibition of Fake Profiles and Impersonation
Honor Hearts is one of the legit military dating sites precisely because we treat identity fraud as the most serious violation possible. You may not:
- Create a profile under a false name, false age, or stolen photographs.
- Impersonate any current or former member of the U.S. Armed Forces, including using rank insignia, unit photographs, or service records that are not your own.
- Use AI-generated or stock photography to misrepresent your appearance.
- Operate a profile on behalf of another person without their explicit, documented consent.
Impersonating a service member carries real-world consequences
Impersonating a member of the U.S. Armed Forces for fraudulent purposes is prohibited under the Stolen Valor Act of 2013 (18 U.S.C. § 704) and various state laws. Honor Hearts cooperates fully with federal investigators, including the FBI, the FTC, and the Defense Criminal Investigative Service. Visit our Safety Tips page if you believe you have encountered a fake profile.
We employ identity verification, automated fraud detection, and human safety review to remove fake profiles. Members who knowingly assist scammers - including by laundering communication for them - will be permanently banned.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Honor Hearts that is not user-generated - including the "Honor Hearts" name, logo, branding, written editorial content, software code, design elements, photographs commissioned by us, and the kikidate.com domain - is the exclusive property of Honor Hearts and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress law.
You retain ownership of the photographs, text, and other content you submit to your profile ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Honor Hearts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Honor Hearts offers a free membership tier and optional paid subscription plans for expanded messaging, visibility, and matching features. The following terms apply to all paid memberships:
- Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annual) at the then-current rate, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access to paid features until that date.
- Refunds. Except where required by mandatory consumer protection law (such as state cooling-off periods), subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Active duty members called to deployment may request a credit hold by contacting support.
- Price changes. We will provide at least thirty (30) days advance notice before any price increase affecting your renewing subscription.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. HONOR HEARTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
HONOR HEARTS DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON MEMBERS BEYOND OUR PUBLISHED VERIFICATION PROCEDURES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE BEHAVIOR, IDENTITY, OR INTENTIONS OF ANY MEMBER OFF-PLATFORM. YOU INTERACT WITH OTHER MEMBERS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HONOR HEARTS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF - OR INABILITY TO USE - THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID HONOR HEARTS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
Honor Hearts reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at our sole discretion, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, threats to member safety, non-payment, or any conduct we reasonably determine harms the integrity of the Service. Where practical, we will provide notice of the reason for termination.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your profile will be removed from public view promptly. Certain data may be retained as required by law, for fraud prevention, or for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy. Paid subscription fees are not refunded for accounts terminated for cause.
10. Governing Law and US Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Service, or your use of Honor Hearts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
You agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in English, and seated in Wilmington, Delaware. You waive any right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law. Active duty service members retain all protections afforded under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA).
11. Changes to These Terms and Contact
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our Service, or our community standards. Material changes will be announced by email or by prominent in-app notice at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of Honor Hearts after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions, notices, or legal correspondence concerning these Terms should be directed through our Contact page. For related policies, please review the resources below.
