Before you write - three details that speed things up

Include the email address on your Honor Hearts account, the device and browser you were using when the issue happened (for example "iPhone 15, Safari"), and a one-sentence description of what you expected versus what happened. With those three pieces, we can usually resolve a ticket in a single reply.

Common Questions Before You Reach Out

Most member questions are answered below. If you still need a human, our team is one email away.

Do I have to be in the military to contact Honor Hearts?

No. Our member support team is here for everyone - active duty service members, veterans, and the civilian women who admire them. The only firm requirement to use the platform is being at least 18 years old and providing an authentic identity. Civilian members receive the same level of support and verification as our military members.

How do I report a suspicious or fake military profile?

Email [email protected] with the profile name, a screenshot if possible, and a short description of why the account seemed off. You can also use the in-app "Report Profile" link on any user page. Romance scams targeting service members are common across all military dating sites, and our safety team treats every report as a priority - most flagged accounts are reviewed within 24 hours, including weekends.

I forgot which email I used to register. What now?

Write to [email protected] from any email you may have used during sign-up and include your first name, your branch of service (Army, Navy, USMC, USAF, USCG, USSF), and your approximate registration date. We will locate the account, verify identity through a few security questions, and reset your access without exposing personal details over email.

How do I cancel a paid subscription or request a refund?

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from Account Settings → Membership. For refund requests, email [email protected] within 14 days of charge with your transaction ID. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your profile - you keep your free account and verified badge.

Can deployed service members get faster verification?

Yes. If you are currently deployed or PCSing, mention it in your verification submission and we will flag the review for same-business-day completion regardless of when it lands. Deployed service members can also email [email protected] with the subject line "Deployed Member" to receive priority handling on any account question.

Is Honor Hearts affiliated with the U.S. Department of Defense?

No. Honor Hearts is an independent dating platform operated by Kikidate, Inc. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or operated by the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the United States Armed Forces. We exist to serve American service members and the women who admire them with the highest verification and safety standards in the niche.

Reporting Safety Concerns and Suspicious Profiles

Romance scams are an unfortunately common reality across every dating platform - RomanceScams.org reports that military-themed scams remain one of the most frequently reported categories, with founder Chelsea King losing $35,000 to such a scam herself in 2015. Honor Hearts was built with that history in mind, but no platform can replace your own awareness.

If something feels off - a profile that refuses video calls, a sudden request for money or gift cards, claims of being "deployed and unable to access pay," or pressure to move to another messaging app - trust your instincts and report it. Our safety team reviews every flagged account within 24 hours.

Common red flags worth reporting

  • Requests for money, gift cards, or wire transfers - service members do not need civilian help to access pay.
  • Refusal to video chat or share live photos despite being "deployed."
  • Vague rank, unit, or base details that do not match standard military structure.
  • Pressure to move conversation off-platform within the first 24 hours.
  • Profile photos that reverse-image search to other identities or stock libraries.
